Nobex ehf. was founded in 2001 with a clear focus on providing consultancy and solutions for the logistics and distribution sector. The company draws on decades of prior experience including MSB Axapta and Concorde XAL Warehouse Management Systems, Time & Attendance, Field Sales Automation and various other ADC solutions.

Since beginning of 2003 Nobex has been working with Manhattan Associates– initially as a Channel Partner but more lately as a part of Manhattan’s GeoPartner program – delivering distribution implementations to companies within the retail, 3PL, wholesale, manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors.

Nobex and Manhattan Associates work with clients’ teams according to Manhattan Associates’ PRISM implementation methodology. This teamwork is based on a Statement of Work document which defines the project roles and responsibilities of each team.

While each of the team brings a different set of core competencies to the projects, Nobex’s approach is often ‘client side’ focused – providing a local presence with the aim to enable clients to be self-sufficient in the future – but also delivering an in-depth knowledge of the products and the implementation methodology.

Nobex typically either has a primary or supporting role in:

  • functional design & CRP sessions
  • system configuration
  • creation of test scripts & system testing
  • host interface design & integration development
  • preparing training materials
  • end user training
  • conversion execution & go-live support
  • post implementation support until Transition to Customer Support (Manhattan helpdesk)
